Minimum Stays: There is a 2 night minimum stay on most properties. 3 or 4 night minimums are required over some holidays and for some properties.
Payment Schedule: 25% of the total amount due is required at the time of booking. Another 25% is due 60 days from the day of arrival. The remaining 50% is due 30 days from the day of arrival. If the booking is made within 60 days of arrival, then 50% if due at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days from the day of arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the total amount is due.
Refundable Security Deposits: All properties require a security deposit. This deposit may be used to cover the cost of any property damage, missing items or excessive cleaning needs. Your security deposit will be refunded to you either by company check or by a credit to your credit card within 10 days after your departure IF there are no problems. The refund period may be longer if there are issues to be resolved. If the security deposit does not cover the entire cost of the damage, missing items or excessive cleaning, South Park Management will take every action necessary to collect the required amount.
Housekeeping: Prior to your arrival the property is thoroughly cleaned and supplied with fresh linens, towels, soaps and paper products. A housekeeping fee is assessed on stays of 3 nights or less. Mid-stay cleans may be requested for an additional fee.
Forms of Payment: We accept cash (US currency only), traveler’s checks, personal checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard.A$25 administration fee for checks returned to us for insufficient funds will be charged.
Cancellations: If we can re-book the property for the exact dates, you will receive a full refund less a $100 administration fee. If the property cannot be re-booked, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date unfortunately will not receive a refund owing to the probability that other reservation requests were denied due to the presence of your reservation. Any refund will be returned no later than 10 days after your originally scheduled departure date. Regrettably there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
Check In / Check Out: Check-in is 4:00 P.M. on your arrival date. Check-out is by 10:00 A.M. on the day of your departure.
Lodging Guarantee: South Park Management and the property owners cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may preclude you from the use of the property. Such circumstances may include weather, fires, major property problems, negligence by a travel agent or transportation company, etc. In such an event, South Park Management reserves the right to transfer the guest to a new property.
4 wheel drive is recommended during the winter and spring months for some properties.
Smoking: All properties are NON SMOKING. If smoking is detected, the cost of cleaning or deodorizing the property will be deducted from your security deposit.
Pets: Pets are most likely not allowed, although exceptions may be made with owner approval and with a non-refundable pet deposit.
Phone Service: Local phone service is available at all properties. Calling cards or collect calls are required for all long distance calls.
Trash Disposal: Please keep all trash in the animal proof trash receptacles provided for you.South Park Management will pick up the trash every 3 days for the length of your stay. |
